The Sun&Beauty Lounge Ladies Triathlon as part of the Vienna Triathlon is the perfect platform for all women who want to get a taste of the world of endurance sports without pressure or master a sporting challenge together with friends.

Together instead of alone: The Sun and Beauty Ladies Tri attracts a particularly motivating community. Whether best friends, mothers and daughters, or colleagues – many women use the race to cheer each other on and conquer the "triathlon adventure" collectively.
Full spotlight: As a separate competition, the women's race gets its own stage, including overall winner and age group awards. The atmosphere in the finish area at the Steinsporn Bridge is fantastic as the finishers are celebrated with their medals.
The Ladies Triathlon proves that every woman can be a finisher – it combines a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with the incomparable backdrop of Vienna's Danube Island.
WHAT YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD KNOW
Please bring your own bathing cap.
Neoprene wetsuits are not recommended as the swimming distance is too short.
All bicycles are permitted, provided they have front and rear brakes.
Mobile phones and earbuds are not allowed.
There are no cut-off times.
The race briefing 30 minutes before the start is mandatory.
Drafting is not allowed.
Check-out is not possible without a race number!

Route overview
The route is characterized by flat, clear sections on and around the Danube island that are completely closed to traffic.
Swimming (approx. 170 meters): The race starts in the gently flowing New Danube. Since it is a still or only minimally flowing body of water, the conditions are ideal and safe even for less experienced swimmers.
Cycling (9.8 kilometers): After the transition, the route follows a completely flat out-and-back course on Danube Island. Since the course is paved and entirely traffic-free, participants can concentrate on their pace without any cars or difficult inclines.
Run (1.4km): The final running section is also flat, running through the forest on Danube Island. Cheered on by numerous spectators in the start and finish area, the route leads directly to the emotional finish.
